Current Job Openings:

Snack Bar - Part-time evenings 6-9pm weekdays and various weekend hours, up to 15 hours a week. Have transportation and be reliable. Outgoing personality and like children. Previous experience a plus.

Birthday Party Host/Hostess - Weekend evenings and afternoons. Serve children as well as teen and adult birthday parties during our public sessions and when we have private parties. Make children's parties memorable with your winning personality, good service and make sure the parents have everything they need to have a stress free time. Floor Host - Part-time weeknights 6-9pm and weekends, must skate very well. Over 18 years old preferred, will train. This position involves a good deal of responsibility to safe guard our guests while they are skating out on the floor. An ability to work under stress, deal with situations and staying cool in an emergency is vital to this position. This position also covers the skate room when needed.

Cashier - Front office person to act as our guests first contact at The Orbit. A big smile and patient personality is a must! Ability to run a cash register is a plus, and honesty is foremost. Answer our customers questions, book birthday parties, answer the phone and do some data entry. This is a busy position, so multi-tasking ability is necessary. Being able to stay calm under stress is a plus.

Cook - Part-time weekdays 6-9pm and weekends position working in our snack bar preparing pizza and other food items for our guests. This position needs someone that can keep up with a fast paced environment and work under pressure. Must enjoy people and children and be flexible, able to be part of a team. Apply at the rink

Skate Room - Part-time evenings 6-9pm weekdays and various weekend hours. Must like people and have an outgoing personality. This position involves organization and keeping the skate inventory neat and tidy, and making sure the skates are in working condition.  Minor repairs if needed.

Floor Host - Part-time weeknights 6-9pm and weekends, must skate very well. Over 18 years old preferred, will train. This position involves a good deal of responsibility to safe guard our guests while they are skating out on the floor. An ability to work under stress, deal with situations and staying cool in an emergency is vital to this position. This position also covers the skate room when needed.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, and must have transportation. No excessive facial piercing is accepted, tattoos, and all dress must be clean and neat. You do not need to be able to skate to work at the rink unless you are applying to be a floor host.
