Intermediate Skaters know how to skate forwards with balance and backwards at least a little. They can stand up without holding onto the wall and turn around. Stopping without falling is a skill expected from an intermediate student no matter their age. Orbit Skate Center has skaters from 4-80+ that can be considered intermediate.

Our Intermediate Class Instructors assume that new students have either attended a Beginner Drop In Class or 6 Week Class and were directed by the skating instructor to sign up for the Intermediate Class.

6 Week Intermediate Learn to Skate Class

Class Fee: $60 includes regular roller skates or inline skates

(max 3 fees per family, the rest of the family members are free)

Saturdays 11am-12pm, Free practice time is included on Saturdays 10:30am-11am

Fall Session – October 29, 2011-December 3, 2011. Dates are: 10/29, 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 11/26, 12/3

Winter Session – January 14, 2012 – February 18. 2012 Dates are: 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18

Early Spring Session – March 3, 2012 – April 7, 2012 Dates are: 3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31, 4/7

Spring Session – April 21, 2012 – May 26, 2012 Dates are: 4/21, 4/28, 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 5/28
